Year-old son of Six has High Functioning Autism, and anal fissures.?

My six year old has HFA and a problem of an anal fissure. Under What I hear is quite common, but nobody helps you with the food part of it. I refer to gluten and dairy products are bad, but does anyone have suggestions on a specific diet, I can try. His Pedi-gastrointerologist Miralax had on him in the last four months and I'm tired of it! Blood tests were made and the gastro doctor said the levels of its "grain" are extremely high in celiac disease review. But he also noted that there are many false positives with it. What the doc is likely to say is likely to suffer from celiac disease or gluten intolerance at least, which is very common and very common in children with autism.
