Diet pills cause blood pressure to drop?

I started taking Lida Daidaihua slimming capsules a day (that say they are completely natural with no side effects). Two of the side effects are dry mouth and insomnia (the two do not bother me). I recently had a monitor electric blood pressure and I realized that, compared to yesterday (when they started the pills again), my reading was 120/85. Today, however, I took the pressure around three times and everyone was around 100/70. Thus, diastolic pressure was significantly reduced. Could be caused by the pill, and if so, why? Is it safe to be around 100 for systolic and diastolic of 65-70? If the answer please!
