For women older than 35 years: What is "normal" for the body of 40 year olds?
Want to know what is normal in the measure as a body of 40 years in good health should be similar. I do not talk about stars they have trainers, chefs and plastic surgeons. I speak of the common woman. I'll be 40 in 2 months and during the last two years I noticed things. On the one hand, my weight is redistributed. I won, but my curves seem evolve and lose their elasticity. I have cellulite, for the first time in my life! My bust is not as round as in the past be. I do not lose a lot of care to a child … but began to disappear today. My jawIine not as strong as in the past. He asked my doctor, and she says I'm in better shape than most people my age, he sees and blows me. This does not help – I know what "normal" 40-something the body does regular exercise (no fan) and food (not bad / fast food) is similar. My friends are no help – I am the only one in his 30 years late and not a size +. Anyone have links I can read / view or advice?
Sounds like you will be 40 & Fabulous! I'll be 46 next week and what you describe is very normal. You talk like I've always been a bit of size, with an athletic body, and only recently started putting in some extra wieght I like, but a proper fit, clothing and exercise more helpful. We assume that Arent 20 to see more. Continue to take care of you, enjoy the 40's, the latter could be the best years of your life if you let them! Simply must continue to say that "forty SU & Fabulous!" HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL!
