Candida is a cleaning done successfully on a diet?

Currently I am taking probiotics, oil of Oreganol and suffer Citricidal chronic sinus infections. The downside is that it uses a steroid inhaler for asthma, and often take prednisone for chronic nasal blocks … I do not feel anything unless I I'm on prednisone for some time. The taste is diminished. My nose did not have tickets either … polyps had found. I'm tired all the time, confused mind. Help …. all suggestions are welcome.
