Started a new diet and I’m starving…any tips??
I started the Fat Smash Diet by Celebrity Fit Club’s Ian K Smith. Anyway, it’s only day 2 and I am starving. Basically, you can only eat fruit and veggies for the first 9 day to detox your body. I don’t like veggies so I have just been eating fruit and drinking water. I really want this diet to work and I don’t want to give into temptation. Any advice?
Also, what is a good way to make veggies taste good? They can only be eaten raw, grilled or steamed. Unlimited herbs and spices may be used. Thanks
Keep going, try to vary the fruits and veggies you eat, and the way you cook them, this way you can experiment what you find the nicest, make a list of your favourites and everyday try to work around and experiment with your favourites so you don’t get bored of the taste and you are still eating what your allowed. Also try to eat foods that are grilled as they are healthier.

P.S if you are having trouble coping with the diet talk to someone or even keep a diary,it helps, also you can write down feelings and opinons and write down your best recipies. It works because you are talking and it never talks back and therefore can never give you bad advice. Keep on going!
